Under it all

What I have found is that most of our suffering is unnecessary either arising by what we have refused to see and have pushed away or by what we have subconsciously held onto and chosen to identify with. Yet it is in the tender embrace of that raw, heart wrenching pain under it all that the doorway to love and freedom is flung open.
