Undoing

If anything, the spiritual path is more about unlearning than learning, undoing rather than doing. It is the comprehensive dismantling of patterns of self-protection that keep the heart closed; the gentle process of remembering love by peeling away the layers of misidentification that prevent us from naturally abiding in the light of our true being.
